It has become the mission of American Express to develop and deliver improved customer messaging and break down the long-standing paradigm where marketing keeps sales at arm’s length. This presentation will feature both the Marketing and Sales perspective on this initiative, as well as highlight the process American Express has followed in aligning the two practices. Lisa Gregg, Director for Marketing and Customer Development for American Express, will talk about the team she leads which supports a multi-billion dollar sales force through the development and deployment of marketing strategies and initiatives, all primarily centered around ensuring consistent marketing message delivery.
