Speakers: Mark Edmonds & Neal Mitchell
Managing new product development programs with narrow market windows & aggressive deadlines can be challenging for project managers & teams.
The speakers will illustrate how the Fast-Time-To-Market (FTTM) methodology can overcome many of the problems that cause schedules to slip and how it can be used to accelerate schedules. ProjectAccelerator – completely integrated into Microsoft Project – will be used to facilitate the steps involved in building, tracking, accelerating and reporting of schedules.
There will be no presentation! The speakers will engage the group by taking an example project through the entire planning & tracking process.
