This two-part, team-taught workshop combines techniques from yoga, meditation, hypnotherapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help soothe and calm the nervous system, aid sound sleep, release tension from the body, and, optimally, stop the cycle of pain and stress that so many fibromyalgia sufferers find themselves caught in. These techniques are natural and painless, and can even be practiced in bed.
Workshop includes handouts, gentle yoga stretches to practice at home, and a hypnotherapy CD.
