The Atlanta Black Agenda Business Resource Center (BRC) will host its 4th Annual Gala Saturday, April 8, 2006 at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park. A reception begins at 6:00 p.m. with the Gala Dinner being served at 7:00 p.m.
The annual “Overground RR!! Conductor Award,” is this year awarded to Henry “Hank” Aaron and his wife, Billye Suber Aaron. August 8th is significant to Major League baseball as it marks the 32nd Anniversary of Hank Aaron hitting homerun no. 715, breaking Babe Ruth’s homerun record.
Gospel Recording Artist James Bignon will lead the BRC Mass Choir, which is comprised of BRC- member church choirs. Sonya Hamm of Praise 97.5 and Larry Tinsley of V-103 Radio will serve as Mistress and Master of Ceremony.
