The Urban Revival represents the depths of a critical moment in history where culture, art, science, unprecedented ideas, individual philosophies, coexist as integral parts of our community. Held quarterly throughout the year, each Renaissance Project features art, music, dance, spoken word, fashion and more. These forms of creative expression are the basis for continued mental progression among our youth, and those who feel they don't have a voice. Their words are found in the rhythm of their music, the style of their dress, the stroke of their brush. The message is clear, yet it has no platform to reach the masses. Event attendees are able to support these artists by purchasing their artwork the night of the event.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to area non-profit organizations dedicated to rebuilding our community (www.youthexposure.org) and (www.sclcnational.org).
