The Adopt-A-Student mentoring program supports 11th grade students from the Atlanta Public School system. The program provides decision making tools through informative monthly development workshops combined with individual mentorship. These tools will equip students with the ability to make informed choices that will positively impact their future. The Adopt-A-Student Program obligation spans an academic year. Because of caring and devoted volunteers like you, since 1965, this successful, important, and vital program has made a tangible difference in the lives of thousands of youth.
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Assistant Program Director, Allison Hornbuckle by email (allisonhornbuckle@yahoo.com) or phone (404-316-1820) to request additional details and obtain an application.
Thanks in advance for your time and commitment in making a difference in the life and future of a younger person.
