Job Description
The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for a Coordinator, Workforce Development. This position will coordinate programs and assist in the oversight of the day-to-day functions of Nevada’s Recovery and Prevention (NRAP), a collegiate recovery program (CRP) located at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), managed by the Center for the Application of Substance Abuse Technologies (CASAT) located in the School of Public Health (SPH). NRAP’s Project Coordinator (Coordinator) will support the mission of NRAP and UNR’s wellness focus by providing programs and services designed to encourage and support healthy lifestyles for students in recovery and those choosing substance-free lifestyles. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the initiatives of NRAP’s Recovery Community through direct student support and outreach services. Reporting to the NRAP’s Senior Project Coordinator, this position will assist in facilitating group meetings, one-on-one student conversations, maintaining the student lounge, and planning and implementing outreach events and engagement activities. The Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and implement quality, recovery-supportive programming for students and other on-campus audiences. Programming may include, but is not limited to, peer recovery support, workshops related to recovery topics, leadership opportunities, civic engagement opportunities, and sober social/recreational activities.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR Master's degree and one (1) year of related experience required. Related Experience: Workforce development; community outreach; program and project coordination and planning; policy and/or budget development; employee oversight
Certification and Licensure: Not required, but preferred: Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Prevention Specialist, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Associate will be responsible for the processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Accounts Payable data entry certifying all expenses are coded appropriately.
Maintain all Accounts Payable vendor files, including W9 forms.
Confirm all requests for union benefits payments are received.
Process all payments to vendors.
Process annual 1099’s.
Maintain and distribute office petty cash, ensuring all receipts are submitted in a timely fashion.
Secure receipts for petty cash advances; monitor for accuracy, coding and sales tax exemption.
Reconcile monthly credit and pre-paid debit card expenses; assure all receipts are received on a timely basis, and review for coding and sales tax.
Reconcile and process daily Box Office deposit.
Process and prepare daily deposit of incoming receipts and contributions.
Post all sales transactions to Accounts Receivable.
Reconcile daily concessions reports.
Serve as back up to the Administrative Manager during times of absence.

The NEPO team is comprised of a small group of experienced staff who are responsible for providing support, advocating for, and maximizing the effectiveness of each regional office's examination program and continually advancing and improving the Division's processes for overseeing investment management industry.
As an Attorney-Advisor you will:
Provide expert legal analysis and review of activities related to the federal securities law requirements of investment advisers and, in particular, investment companies; Assist in the preparation, implementation, and analysis of national examination initiatives, particularly initiatives involving investment companies (e.g., soliciting feedback Division-wide of initiative scope and topics, identifying candidates, addressing interpretive questions, and summarizing and editing staff observations and Risk Alerts); Assist in the planning for, and conducting of, examinations of investment advisers and, in particular, investment companies; Communicate nationally on matters affecting the examinations of investment advisers and, in particular, investment companies; Lead and participate in examinations and provide technical assistance and support in the National Examination Program Office related to the examinations of investment advisers and, in particular, all types investment companies (e.g., open-end and closed end funds, including administrator-sponsored funds and ETFs); Develop recommendations and reports, present and defend findings, and as required, collaborate with staff and provide technical legal support for investigations and litigation of civil matters, administrative proceedings, and criminal prosecutions, particularly of investment companies, but also of investment advisers; and If appropriate, provide technical support to senior examiners developing responses to requests; prepare or review reports involving financial, accounting and policy questions; draft memoranda, related documents, and correspondence, particularly in examinations of investment companies, but also of investment advisers.
