Dedicated (solo) E-mail Blast

MPN offers select dedicated e-blast services to widely market events, conferences/conventions, grand openings, businesses, jobs, company profiles, banners, buttons, career fairs, business cards, book signings/releases, other web sites, or other Career, Economic or Lifestyle Resources to potential patrons, customers or clients, job seekers, or partners to any of MPN's e-Newsletter subscriber bases.

Reach thousands to hundreds of thousands of progressive multicultural business professionals, entrepreneurs and students (located throughout the U.S. and 50+ other countries) by marketing your events, announcements, nonprofit organization, business, products, services, news articles, job announcements, commentaries, press releases, art, book releases, media advisories, functions, initiatives, etc. to our audience.

You provide MPN with the content details electronically for the e-Broadcast in accordance with the specifications above.  Only a limited number of these broadcasts will be available on a first come, first-served basis in a given time period. 

MPN is cognizant and considerate of the volume of communications sent to its subscribers, and thus e-Broadcasts typically must be scheduled, approved and paid for at least 7 to 10 business days in advance of the requested dissemination date.  Exceptions may be considered and possibly approved on an individual case basis, dependent upon the number of pending requests, MPN's standard electronic dissemination schedules, and the customer's timeline. 

All requests must fit the focus of the MPN site, and be of typical interest, value and benefit to our target audience.  MPN reserves the right to decline any request for any reason.

1. Advance payment is mandatory, and we do not offer any refunds once ad space is purchased (unless the content is deemed inappropriate and hence is rejected by MPN).  However, we will allow you a credit or deferral to release your dedicate e-blast at a later date, if requested.  

2. Out of respect to our subscribers and to maximize the effectiveness of communications distributed by MPN, we do not send excessive e-mails to any subscription audience. 

3. Therefore, e-marketing (i.e., e-blast and e-newsletter) distribution dates to each unique subscription audience is closely monitored and restricted, and offered based on availability to comply with our longstanding distribution policies. 

4. Only a limited number of these ads are available on a first come, first-served basis. 

5. Therefore, prior to completing an online purchase, we strongly recommend that you e-mail (Support@MPNmail.com) or phone our office (888.676.6389 or 770.322.9323) to confirm that your blast can be distributed to the target audience on or near your preferred release date. 

6. Quoted prices are typically valid for 30 days.

7. If your requested release date is not available at the time of inquiry, you are eligible for placement on a waiting list for a solo blast, and the ad space can be purchased now or when it becomes available. 

8. Alternately, you can purchase ad space in the corresponding Resource Connection e-Newsletter that likely is regularly sent to the same subscription audience that you're targeting.

9. MPN has specialized in e-marketing services since 1998, and our primary role as the marketing and communications medium is to deliver your creative ad to your primary targeted audience in the most timely and cost effective manner.

   • In order to ensure total satisfaction with their creative, customers typically supply their own graphical ads to MPN in accordance with the applicable ad specs above. 

   • However, if needed and upon request, MPN can create a "basic" graphical display ad at no charge.  You provide the text inputs and basic requirements, and we create the graphical ad.  No revisions are allowed with this complimentary service. 

   • If an enhanced graphical design is desired, we can provide graphical design expertise to create your ad for a one-time cost of $100 (which includes the initial design and one revision, if required).  Any additional revision requests may trigger additional charges.

10. Please note the following regarding our e-blast order types, creative submission and payment requirements, and distribution intervals. 

    • STANDARD ORDER

      • Our aim is to distribute your e-blast as quickly and efficiently as possible to the audience you're targeting based on the nearest available release date that corresponds to your requested release date. 

      • We are typically able to schedule and distribute virtually all "standard order" e-blast purchases as early as 2 to 5 business days (our standard interval) if the following requirements are fully met:

        • Successful processing of your credit or debit card payment (CLICK HERE to make payment).

        • Receipt of your compliant creative in accordance with ad specs reflected above and in item #11 below (CLICK HERE to send creative).

    • RUSH SERVICES ORDER

      • If the distribution slot to the target audience is available, and based on your ability to "immediately" make online payment and submit compliant creative, we do offer "rush order" services as follows:

        • SAME BUSINESS DAY: Order request, full payment receipt, "compliant" creative receipt, and same day blast distribution (25% standard rate "rush order" services surcharge).

        • NEXT BUSINESS DAY: Order request, full payment receipt, "compliant" creative receipt, and next day blast distribution (15% standard rate "rush order" services surcharge).

11. Send all creative material that is compliant with the ad specs below to: Support@MPNmail.com.  Please also include a preferred message subject of 125 characters or less.

13. MPN reserves the right to change our rates without notice.
