  Having a hard time getting motivated to motivate your people? If you are delegating tasks and constantly hearing "I didn't get around to it... But I will next week!" you know the frustrations of being a manager. These issues are rampant in sales departments but also occur throughout entire companies.

In this interactive session, we will focus on the key attributes, techniques and disciplines that separate the successful line manager that gets their team to achieve complex or difficult tasks from the untrained and frustrated manager.

Our experience shows that most accountability problems originate with the manager, not the salespeople... Managers want their teams to be accountable, they just don't know how.

We will cover prospecting activities for salespeople, time management skills for both sales and managers, accountability skills for managers and how each of these areas can contribute to an accurate quarterly forecast for your finance department.
