COME SEE WHAT'S IT LIKE TO DANCE WITH THE RIVER! Celebrate 20 years of RiverGuidess trips, and the start of our summer season, with 4 miles of easy canoeing, splashing, Nia dance, laughter yoga, and more fun than you can imagine!
We'll paddle a while, stop on a few secluded beaches to dance, eat and swim, then get back in the canoes and continue on down the gentle Russian River - just ONE hour north of the SF Bay, in Healdsburg, CA.
Come enter a timeless world as the river leaves the road, accompanied by egrets, heron, osprey, kingfisher, ducks, owls, and a community that loves to dance, dance, dance!

Beginning paddlers and dancers are welcome. No need to bring a partner, no special skills necessary. Just bring a towel, sunscreen, river sandals, sunhat and your water bottle.
FLOW OF THE DAY
9:30am Carpools meet and depart from San Rafael 10:30am Check in at Russian River Adventures in Healdsburg 11am Nia dance class in the park, then a safety talk down at the beach 12-12:30pm Launch onto the river, followed by several snack/lunch/swim/movement breaks 3pm Reach our final destination. At this point, it's your choice to hop on the shuttle back to your car, OR stick around for another hour to dance, snack, and swim some more. 4pm Final shuttle back to the cars at Russian River Adventures
Limited to 60. Kids are welcome.
