Every spring, PCV throws its annual event to celebrate our milestones and thank our wonderful network of partners and supporters. This year's Annual Luncheon will be held at Hotel Nikko in downtown San Francisco on Tuesday, April 22 from 11:30am-1:30pm.
The 2014 PCV Annual Luncheon will focus on the innovative field of impact investing, and how it is helping to create jobs in communities that are often overlooked by the mainstream economy. Impact investing is the idea of investing capital and resources for positive social benefits in addition to financial returns. This idea has the promise to change the way the world does business, and argues that money is only a piece of the puzzle when we're talking about return on investment.
The PCV Annual Luncheon will feature an all-star panel that will teach us more about impact investing and how it is creating real change in communities across the United States. This panel will be moderated by Kellie McElhaney, Whitehead Faculty Fellow, Corporate Sustainability, UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
Please join us on April 22 and connect, learn and collaborate.
