Thursday, May 8 - The Balance Sheet Learn what asset, liability and equity accounts are, how they work together and how to discern financial health through them. Understand what's important to finance, and how you can partner with them to improve the balance sheet.
Thursday, May 15 - The Income Statement, Cash Flows and Statement of Shareholders' Equity Learn how to use these three statements to understand an organization's performance, and how you can impact them.
Thursday, May 22 - Business Planning and Budgets Understand how a company obtains capital for expansion, the various types of budgets and some best-practices in developing a budget.
Thursday, May 29 - Financial Analysis and the Psychology of Finance Learn how to perform basic analysis used by management and investors to determine the financial health and risk factors of an organization. Examine how financial people think and learn some tricks and tips on how to present a business idea to them.
