The Art of Cake The Chocolatier of the Year (Featuring an audience tasting!) The Dessert Cup - NEW to this Year, featuring an audience tasting! The National Showpiece Championship The Signature Plated Dessert The Student Chocolate Challenge
The Dessert Cup, new to this year, asks chefs to craft desserts in a glass, layering multiple flavors and textures together, with each competing for the “Best Dessert Cup.” Making its return is Pastry Atlanta, highlighting the city’s best pastry chefs, each sharing their delicious work with our audience in hopes of having the top pastry creation. Experience mouthwatering candies, ornate sugar and chocolate work, cake artistry and more!
In addition to its competitions, Pastry Live’s seminars highlight top pastry artists with past demonstrations featuring advanced confectionary and chocolate work, airbrushing skills and cake sculpting techniques.
