This workshop is an exploration of Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony through touch, movement, and Breema's transformative philosophy. Breema bodywork balances and harmonizes both the giver and receiver.
The atmosphere of a Breema workshop is deeply nourishing and revitalizing, giving us a taste of acceptance of ourselves as we are in the moment. Practicing Breema brings a tangible sense of wholeness and aliveness.
Over the weekend, you will learn a variety of bodywork sequences and Self-Breema exercises that enhance physical, mental, and emotional balance and harmony.
This is a rare opportunity to study with Jon Schreiber, DC, workshop leader and Director of the Breema Center in Oakland, California. He will teach with Laura Rawson, LAc, from the Breema Center, and local Certified Breema Instructors Alexandra Johnson, MD, and Jamie Lam.
There will be a free introductory evening with Jon in Denver on Friday, August 8 at Dancing the Soul, providing an opportunity to sample Breema before the workshop. In addition, Alexandra and Jamie will teach a 3-hour class on Sunday, July 20 at Bodywork Bistro in Boulder.
Those with no previous experience are welcome. Please be comfortable sitting and working on a padded floor.
NCBTMB CE available for massage and bodywork practitioners.
