Info:
As we inform our workforces about different initiatives or programs, it is important to take into account how our own mindset influences the content, style and delivery mode of our communications. Leave this interactive workshop with a set of tools to evaluate any communication and determine the extent to which it is inclusive or exclusive. You'll also be ready to: 1. Define inclusive communication and how it is a key for sustainability 2. Evaluate your own communication style and values and how they impact communications to others 3. Analyze examples of corporate communications based upon the inclusive communications template
This workshop includes a number of experiential exercises, and will give participants the opportunity to modify or develop inclusive communications for their own organizations.
