The Firehouse Arts Center wraps up its 2014 Summer @ the Firehouse on Saturday, August 30, at 8:00 p.m. with the hit country music tribute to Tim McGraw: I Like It, I Love It. The concert features country music's Tom Drinnon, familiar to fans for having performed shows for many years with some of the biggest names in country music, including Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, Randy Travis, Tracy Byrd, Vince Gill, to name a few. The show is not only a first class concert tribute to McGraw, but it is also full of stories and facts about McGraw, including personal experiences Drinnon had opening for him.
Tom Drinnon's background is classic country. He was born in the small Northern California town of Lakeport, and, like his mother and father, developed his passion for country music at an early age. He took himself to Nashville at the tender age of twenty-three to pursue his recording career. Tom met and signed with his manager within two weeks of setting foot in the fabled home of country music, and with a major management company that also managed Kenney Chesney, Confederate Railroad, Lorie Morgan, Alabama and Johnny Paycheck. He has toured across the nation, having now performed with such household names as Carrie Underwood, Randy Travis, Sunny Sweeney, Justin Moore, Chuck Wicks, Vince Gill, Tim Mcgraw, Sammy Kershaw, Patty Loveless, Aaron Tippin and many more. Best known for his authentic country sound and versatile range, Tom Drinnon's big tribute to Tim McGraw is a must-see for country fans, and a great way to wrap up the summer season.
