Info:
Some investigations give rise to unusual issues and dilemmas that may be new to investigators or create additional risk for employers. They arise unexpectedly and can emerge in the middle of a witness interview or discussion with management, forcing investigators to respond quickly.
The presentation will capitalize on the presenters' combined years of experience conducting both internal and external investigations to identify a number of complex and unusual situations that may arise in an investigation. Attendees will learn tools for recognizing and identifying issues and explore ways to address them without disrupting or impacting the integrity of the investigation.
Attendees will gain a keener sense of when and how to react to unusual situations during an investigation.
