A Breema Intensive is an opportunity to enter into and practice "the art of being present," and to gain first-hand experience of Breema's universal principles. In each class, you'll learn and practice Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork sequences that help to create a new unified relationship between the body, mind and feelings. When body, mind and feelings work together in unity, we are present.
We'll work with the two movement components - Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork - as an introduction to body-mind connection, a cornerstone of the art of being present. We'll also explore the Nine Principles of Harmony, which can be used in any activity or situation to help us to move from complication toward simplicity and support an openhearted and open-minded posture toward life.
Both new and experienced students from around the world come each year to study at Breema Intensives and to benefit from Breema's practical approach to living harmoniously. Jon Schreiber, the Breema Center's director and author of several books about Breema, will be instructing classes daily.
