Simple Family Health presents our Free Integrative Health Fair: Learn How to Keep Your New Year's Resolutions! January 10th from 1-4 pm
Licensed Acupuncturist, Elanita Korian, will teach us "How Acupuncture will Help with Your Top 3 Resolutions- Get Better Sleep, Reduce Stress and Kick those Unwanted Habits!" It is the beginning of a new year and once again a time to reflect on what changes we can make to improve our lives. If you are intent on improving your health this year, Acupuncture and Chines medicine may be what you need to help you "stick" to those resolutions.
Dr. Jennifer Strider, N.D. will talk about "Natural Weight Loss Solutions" including why it is so hard to lose weight and what natural solutions really work for weight loss. We will discuss thyroid function, adrenal fatigue, diet and exercise.
Michelle Dwyer, Health Coach and Nutritional Consultant, will share with us "The Sweet Lowdown: Six Steps to Shake the Sugar Blues!" This is a great time of year to address those sugar cravings, get your body back in balance and boost your immune system.
Heather Alaine, M.A., Dance Fitness Instructor for Hipline and Shiatsu Massage teacher, will keep us moving and grooving between sessions with simple yet fun ways to move and stretch into the New Year! Heather Alaine, M.A., believes in the power of transformation through movement and massage.
As a special gift to our participants, Elanita Korian, L.Ac. will be providing Free Acupuncture sessions during and immediately following the Health Fair!
