The new year is here, meaning it's time to think about those resolutions! This year, we have just the thing to get you started on the right track - our "Exercise to Eat" program. After all, isn't it always more fun to follow-up a workout with something delicious?
Up to 20 lucky participants will meet at the Athleta store on Fillmore Street in San Francisco, where we'll depart for a workout at Alta Plaza Park, known for its views and of course, those stairs! Sweat off your holiday splurges in an hour-long boot camp with L.A. fitness guru Cindi Gans, who will create a customized workout for the group.
Following the workout, we'll take a short walk down Fillmore Street to San Francisco's historic Japantown neighborhood. Guides will lead our group on a food tour of the neighborhood's most delicious bites, including sweet potato lattes, onigiri (rice balls), okonomiyaki (Japanese frittata), mochi (rice cake), savory Japanese salads, and an authentic Masala dosa with chutney tasting.
Please join us for a great workout, great food, and a quintessential San Francisco experience! Space is limited.
