Come and join us for an inter-active pain free workshop, where you will learn about the proven 9-step process anyone can follow to achieve a pain free and active life, regardless of age or previous circumstances. Bring your friends and family members and come dressed to do some e-cises and to have fun. With a BA in Business Management from Le Tourneau University, she also is a certified Personal Trainer through Baylor Sports and Medicine Institute. Originally from Charlottesville, VA, Kristina now considers Houston to be her home. Hearing about Egoscue originally from her Orthopedic Surgeon four years ago, Kristina quickly fell in love with The Method and the rest is history! After 3 long years of hard work, she finally opened the first Egoscue clinic in Houston, TX in May 2011 (second clinic in Texas, first being in Austin). In her time spent away from the clinic, Kristina enjoys horseback riding, running, mountain biking and climbing. But, she prefers to spend her time practicing her passion of Egoscue and guiding people to achieve a pain free lifestyle!
