About the Presenter
A global citizen, having lived in 3 continents, Liza Sichon held executive human resources positions across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America in high tech, financial and health care industries. As a corporate executive for several years, she most recently served as Vice President Human Resources for Hewlett Packard. Prior to this, Liza worked for Avaya as the Vice President Human Resources International & Mergers and Acquisitions. In this role, she was responsible for HR strategy and global operations for over 30 countries outside the US.
Liza has a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, New York and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines. Her passion for developing others and helping them succeed motivated Liza to build her own executive coaching, speaking and leadership consulting practice, Executive HR Coach, LLC located in Silicon Valley. She is a speaker on global leadership, success secrets of high achieving women, careers and developing leaders and high performance teams
