The NOW! festival is a biannual community event with the mission to co-create the best possible version of our community for one extraordinary week. This will be the third NOW! festival, the previous two hosted around 70 events, including roller discos, beach clean ups, kickball, book exchange, concerts, crafting, and ballet in the park.
This festival is completely organized by volunteers. Inspirations for this festival include [freespace], SXSW and the Diggers. The brainchild of Morgan Fitzgibbons, San Francisco community activator, this event grew out of his experience as a co-founder of [freespace].
