By studying and applying Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony we can move from complication toward simplicity, and support an openhearted and open-minded posture toward life.
Please join us to experience Self-Breema exercises, Breema bodywork, and nine universal principles-living expressions of a profound understanding of the unity of all life.
Workshop hours are from 9:30am-5pm on Saturday and from 9:30am to 1:30pm on Sunday. Saturday only attendance is available.
Experience Breema in person before the workshop at the complimentary Open House on Friday evening June 19, from 7-9pm at the same location.
