The 24th annual Bike 4 Breath is more than just a cycling event - It's a day full of fun where riders of all levels come together to support clean air and healthy lungs! Cyclists raise funds for asthma education, tobacco control, clean air advocacy and lung disease research in support of the work of Breathe California.
This year, Bike 4 Breath will start and end at Menlo-Atherton High School in Atherton and there are three route options to suit all levels of cyclists:
***64 mile route - a challenge for avid cyclists, with stunning views of the Pacific and some seriously invigorating climbs
***30 mile route - a great fit for people who are still be building up to the 64 mile challenge, with gentle climbs through beautiful rolling hills
***10 mile route - a family-friendly route that is sure to be a hit with everyone, offering easy riding on neighborhood streets and bay side bike trails, with beautiful bay views.
The event also features music, breakfast and lunch, a health expo, a kids zone and more! One of the few family friendly cycling events in the Bay Area, it's a great chance for younger riders to experience their first charity ride.
Join us! Ride to promote lung health and clean air in our local communities!
