Exploring sex, gender, disability, age, body-modification, and the last taboos of the 21st century, The Center For Sex & Culture (CSC) is proud to present Restraint & Revolution: The Art of Adare. Donned in corsetry, a once prude garment turned into scandalous lingerie, each of Adare's inspiring portraits tells a fascinating life-story of challenging social norms.
Pushing the boundaries of classical and contemporary art by uniting traditional mediums with wild diversity, Adare's vibrant oil paintings capture such amazing icons as:
Queer sexologist, author and founder of the CSC, Carol Queen. One of America's leading LGBTQ public speakers, Kimberly Dark. Body-Mod artist & Guinness World Record holder, Kala Kaiwi Culinary Chef & Food body Artist, Tiberio Simone Genderqueer adult performers, Jiz Lee Club kid and x-treme fashion models Jonny Rockitt and Zachary Binx LGBTQ novelist and queer life counselor, Alex Stitt Iconic FtM porn star, Billy Castro Spiritually sex positive motivational speakers, Richard & Namaste Moore.
