November 4 - Compensation Design a total compensation plan that aligns with your organization's compensation philosophy, including: basic theory, job evaluation & analysis, and initial design & structure.
November 11 - Employee Benefits Determine the right mix of benefits for your company, including: mandatory and voluntary options, and overall administration.
November 18 - Performance Management Identify the components of a performance management system and effective performance-related discussions, including: basic structures, implementation, administration, and discipline.
About the Presenter
Jim Chamberlin, SPHR has over 40 years of HR experience in manufacturing, high tech, healthcare and public education both in union and non-union environments. He has extensive knowledge of State and Federal labor laws, compensation and benefits, and occupational health/safety. Jim has taught the SHRM Essentials of HR Management at NCHRA for the past 8 years
