Dr. Eugene Dilan is a licensed psychologist, organizational consultant and coach with over 25 years of experience. He has worked internationally (including in Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan) across all functions and levels, including with C-Suite executives, and in a broad range of technology sector industries including aerospace, defense, nuclear, and IT organizations. Through the Dilan Consulting Group, Dr. Dilan supports companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprise, with a special knack for understanding engineering and science-based cultures. Currently, Eugene serves as the president - elect of the governing board of NCHRA.
