Info:
Have you ever led a change process or tried to change something for yourself that didn't go as well as you hoped? If so, you are not alone. Uncover the forces that prevent change from occurring as planned, and find out why taking only a linear approach to change management (e.g. leadership development) falls short.
Based on the work of Harvard professors, Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Lahey, you'll learn what causes an immunity to change - on an individual and organization level - and discover a model that allows people to break free from the pervasive cycle that holds them back.
About the Presenter
Traci Manalani, SPHR, is a certified facilitator for the Immunity to Change process and learned this approach directly from Robert Kegan, Ph.D. and Lisa Lahey, Ed.D. Traci is a consultant and coach who has led numerous change efforts. Traci has her Masters in Psychology, Bachelors in Human Resources Management, is certified as a coach through the International Coach Federation and Fielding Graduate University's Evidence Based Coaching program, is completing her PhD in Organizational Systems, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
