The watch night will serve as the launch of the Foundation in the city of “Brotherly Love” and their involvement with Big Picture Alliance, a local non-profit group that focuses on training underserved youth in media and arts. For more information, please visit http://bigpicturealliance.org.
A strict door policy will be in place, so attendees’ names must appear on the guest list to gain access. General admission will commence at 7:30pm, following VIP admission from 6:30-7:30pm. This is a private fundraising event for members only and guests of WTF. For information on tickets, please visit www.walterthurmondfoundation.eventbrite.com
In addition to the game, guests of the evening will assemble for a silent auction and a Q & A with several NFL legends and greats moderated by former NFL player Marshall Harris. It’s the perfect time to come out and meet some of your favorite Eagles players and other VIPs. Let's celebrate the local efforts of the Walter Thurmond Foundation for Arts and Education together.
WTF will also extend warm gratitude to fellow community partner Thuzio Executive Club for co-hosting the event as well as recognize Big Picture Alliance as an affiliate in their efforts to prepare inner-city youth for careers in entertainment and media.
Thuzio Executive Club is a committed member of the corporate community who aligns with other organizations to help keep Philadelphia strong. The executive club is an upscale, private club for business owners and executives who desire “to provide members and guests memorable business events through sophisticated storytelling.” For more information visit, http://club.thuzio.com
As an active community partner, the Walter Thurmond Foundation for Arts and Education works directly with aspiring young filmmakers and future media professionals. In conjunction with Big Picture Alliance their goal is to help guide these deserving youth along the appropriate path. As an accomplished filmmaker, the University of Oregon graduate and Super Bowl champion understands that collectively, they can make a greater impact within the Philadelphia community, leaving a lasting imprint upon the world.
