Oakland, CA band The Family Flaw releases their debut album, which is a soundtrack to a short indie film. Local visual projectionist White Light Prism will be providing visuals for the show. Also performing are Oakland's John Travoltage and San Francisco's Sea Dramas.
John Travoltage - 11pm From The Bay Bridged: "Recalling everything from the heavier side of Cheap Trick to the scrappy '90s pop-punk of Superchunk, this San Francisco-based four-piece delights with their seemingly boundless energy, penchant for loud, bright guitar lines and wry, pointed lyrics." link: www.facebook.com/johntravoltagemusic
The Family Flaw - 10pm This is the release show for The Family Flaw's soundtrack album titled 'Trimmers'. They'll perform songs from the album, which follows the moods of the movie's plot line. Expect a soothing acoustic song from an introspective scene, a wild garage rock tune from a chase scene, a song from a fight scene that will make your heart race, and more. link: www.trimmersmovie.com
Sea Dramas - 9pm Bio: The music of San Francisco's Sea Dramas ranges from hazy folk with pensive melodies to 60s inspired echo laden pop that melds genres and styles with swirling, dreamlike qualities. Sea Dramas began as a voyage in songwriting and recording by multi-instrumentalist Scott Pettersen as textured lo-fi bedroom recordings with the intent to create boy/girl duo/harmony based songs. Through the process a full-fledged band emerged. link: http://www.seadramas.com
