Adnan is internationally known for his "Rapid Method", a teaching method always adapted to the people, place and time, which uses traditional Sufi techniques and includes drumming, movement, dances, breathing and yoga exercises, meditation and chanting. These practices develop higher intelligence and awareness and cause participants to become creative and innovative. Participants in Adnan's Sufi Workshop become calm, relaxed and serene. Eyes once clouded with troubles now sparkle with vivacity and energy bodies once crippled with tensions, dance in joy. Problems become situations that unravel with time and the world is experienced in harmonious unity.
Over the years, Adnan has conducted workshops at prestigious institutions around the world including St. James' Church in London World Congress of Psychology in Switzerland the Earth Summit in Brazil Church of St. John the Divine, New York and many others.
A master drummer and dancer, he has developed a technique of meditative drumming unknown in the West which has a dynamic and profound positive effect on those who listen to it. Adnan will do intricate rhythm that brings a new orientation to the mind and various centers in the body. Participant involvement will bring depth of consciousness and the spirit.
