About the Presenter Grant Doster is Senior Vice President Talent Development for Lee Hecht Harrison based in San Francisco. Mr. Doster's career spans over 25 years in the financial services, consumer products, advertising, and entertainment industries including Pepsi Cola, Miller Brewing, and Walt Disney. Grant's experience includes leading marketing, distribution, business development and general management efforts coupled with strategic planning, operations and finance.
He received the Award for Excellence as an instructor at University of California Riverside-International Business School/UCR Extension and holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and attended the Graduate School of Retail Banking at the University of Virginia.
