Our lifelong search for health, happiness, and meaning is an expression of our innermost desire to understand and live in harmony with the universal principles of Existence. Breema offers a tangible and practical way to discover and work with these principles. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises present us with the opportunity to unify body, mind, and feelings and come to a direct experience of the Nine Principles of Harmony. We taste our potential to be truly present and natural.
By the end of a workshop, you will have learned a complete Breema sequence you can practice with friends and family members, and several Self-Breema exercises you can practice anytime to increase vitality, release tension, and become more present.
Take either workshop or both the material covered will be different in each.
Experience a Breema mini-session in person before or after an introductory class on Friday evening 6/17 at the same location, starting at 6:30. See our website for details.
The workshops are suitable for people with or without prior bodywork experience as long as they can comfortably sit and work on a carpeted floor.
