Bay Area new music stalwart and world-class pianist Sarah Cahill performs some of the most beautiful and challenging works for solo piano in the final Presidio Sessions concert of the season, presented by San Francisco Friends of Chamber Music in partnership with the Presidio Trust. Cahill will perform works by Percy Grainger, Ann Southam, James Tenney, and Johanna Beyer, Marc Blitzstein, Bunita Marcus, and Lou Harrison.
Presidio Sessions concerts offer the intimate atmosphere of a house concert, where listeners can savor, lounge and learn as they wish. Guests move comfortably between Arguello, the destination restaurant and bar, and the performance in Moraga Hall, with opportunities to converse with performers and each other. Tickets are free but a reservation is required.
