(Presented by Rallyteam, NCHRA and Orange Silicon Valley) Preceding the HR TechXpo, the HR Innovation Hackathon will bring together HR leaders, startups and students in an intimate environment to tackle some of HR's top challenges. No coding required!
Attendees will split up into teams consisting of HR leaders, startups and students. The goal will be to identify a problem, develop a solution and pitch the idea to a panel of judges.
HR leaders will gain insight into new technologies and strategies disrupting the HR space, startups will connect with potential customers to understand their challenges firsthand, and students will apply their knowledge in the real world ... and maybe even land their first job!
