Hosted by Bay Area comedian Thomas Bridgman. Guest comics answer questions both serious and ridiculous, tell their jokes and improvise scenes based on the preceding material. With occasional musical guests performing their music, and improvising comedic songs inspired by the topics raised throughout the show. Funny and chaotic. "Hate free" comedy gold!
After 1 year as a live/podcast/radio show at revolutionary internet radio station/performance space Mutiny Radio Gallery in SF's Mission district, BGP has moved to the upscale theater venue Pianofight. The format breaks new comedy ground by giving the audience a view inside the life and inspiration of the comedian guests, and allows stand up comedians the chance to improvise around the jokes they have written and performed. Also features free prizes for audience members, and a dance party with the performers after the show.
