ABOUT eProgram
Deep-dive into the latest research on best practices when it comes to onboarding and apply them to your team in this three-part series which covers the design, development and implementation of a strategic and company specific, onboarding program. Revamp or start a smart, effective onboarding program for your company. Each of the ninety minute sessions will expose you to the latest research in onboarding, provide tips for program design and development for organizations of any size and engage you in interactive learning activities that allow you to collaborate with your peers and put your newly acquired knowledge to the test. You will:
1) Create the framework for designing your own custom onboarding program. 2) Based on what's new in on-boarding and the characteristics of your employees, draft a strategic action plan for how you would re-develop the onboarding program that your organization has now. 3) Survey your new on-boarding peer community regarding your onboarding design and strategy and record the potential pros and cons of your new approach.
