It's time for spring cleaning! But before jumping headlong into organizing belongings, financials and starting to downsize, Providence Mount St. Vincent and Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish invite you to attend their Spring Cleaning workshop.
Participants will learn how to clarify priorities, purpose, personal mission and values, and to develop a thoughtful plan. The workshop is sponsored by Providence Mount St. Vincent assisted living and nursing home in West Seattle and Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish.
It features Rebecca Crichton, executive director of Northwest Center for Creative Aging and Father Jack Walmesley, pastor at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. They will engage and entertain participants with their insights into creating space and time for what people really want in their lives.
The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday March 4, 2017, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 7000 35th Ave, SW, Seattle. It will include coffee and refreshments, vendors to connect participants with resources, and a program and interactive workshop led by Crichton, with opening remarks by Father Walmesley. A $5 donation is suggested. Register by calling 206-935-0358 or e-mailing Marion Kari at marionk@olgseattle.org.
