Every first and second Sunday and select school holidays from 11am-3pm, families can experience a new adventure in art-making free with admission to The Contemporary Jewish Museum. As always, the hands-on fun inspires children to learn more about the exhibitions on display in the galleries, the building's architecture, or holidays and traditions while experimenting with materials and art techniques.
Sundays, February 4 & 11: Design with Time
Create a steampunk Shabbat-inspired artwork that combines clock hands, gears, and other time-inspired art materials. Inspired by Sabbath: The 2017 Dorothy Saxe Invitational.
