This eProgram will cover the design, development, implementation and measurement of a strategic and company-specific onboarding program. Revamp your current program or kick off a new, effective onboarding program for your company.
Each 1-hour session will expose you to the latest trends and best practices in onboarding and provide tips for program design, content, technology and development for organizations of any size. Participate in interactive learning activities that allow you to collaborate with your peers and put your newly acquired knowledge to the test. You will:
