I'm teaching two classes this quarter for Continuing Education at Bellevue College. The courses featured here focus on hypnotic tools to enhance healthy body and healthy eating, but really, these tools can be applied to so many things in your life: motivation, stopping bad habits, quit smoking, releasing fears, and more!
Here's the course descriptionit's two nights, for 2 hours each night.
Self Hypnosis for Healthy Eating & Weight Loss March 14 & 21, 2018, 7 pm - 9 pm both nights. Bellevue College North Campus
Imagine yourself in your "skinny jeans." Hear the compliments of your family and friends. Like what you see when you look in the mirror! Feel the energy! The hypnosis skills taught in this workshop can help you unleash the infinite power within you to achieve all this! You'll learn to reprogram your own mind to act in ways you desire: healthy choices, healthy eating, motivation to exercise. It won't be a struggle, and it's not a "diet," it's simply doing what you want to do. Your mind and your body will be working togetherfor your health!!
