The aim of Breema is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that becomes our foundation for a new dimension of health, consciousness, and self-understanding.
You'll learn and practice Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork sequences that help to create a new unified relationship between the body, mind and feelings.
Breema's Principles are universal, and support us to bring our body and mind together to experience life moment by moment. When body and mind are connected, we can take a step towards raising our level of consciousness.
Breema can be practiced as a playful and nurturing activity with friends and family, and can also be used in a professional setting.
Join us on Friday, March 23 from 7-9 pm for a free Experience Breema evening to find out more and receive a mini-session.
The workshop will be taught by Roxanne Caswell, Jena Hennessey, and Alexis Mulhauser. Roxanne Caswell, CMT, a Staff Instructor at the Breema Center in Oakland, CA, since 1991, maintains an active international teaching schedule. * Jena Hennessey, LMT (WA#00015820) is also a Nia Instructor, teaching Breema and dancing in Seattle for many years. * Alexis Mulhauser is a Staff Instructor at the Breema Center, and leads weekly classes in yoga and Nia dance as well as workshops in health and wellness, throughout California.
