Info:
Wildfires are getting bigger, fire seasons are getting longer, and Californians are losing their homes, their communities and even their lives. So what happens when you are in the path of the firestorm? And after the blaze, how do you rebuild your life? Join us for a night of storytelling from the people at the center of the October 2017 Northern California wildfires at the COAL + ICE climate festival and exhibition on Saturday, September 22, at the Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. Emceed by Snap Judgment's Glynn Washington and hosted The Bay's Devin Katayama, The Fire Tapes will look at what happened the night of October 8, when the most destructive fire event in state history swept through Northern California.
