Join us for this special workshop that orients us toward moving, thinking, and feeling in a new yet totally natural way. Breema's self-care exercises, partner bodywork, and Nine Principles of Harmony offer a practical, down-to-earth approach to being present.
The aim of Breema is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that becomes our foundation for a new dimension of health, consciousness, and self-understanding.
By practicing Breema, we can become more grounded and refreshed, and enjoy a more open-hearted and balanced relationship with ourselves, others, and all of life.
Breema is a floor-based practice. Please wear comfortable clothes and clean socks, and be fragrance free. Beginners are welcome. Continuing Education: The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for bodyworkers and massage therapists by the NCBTMB (#145251-00). $10 processing fee applies.
