Newport High School on Nov. 9-10, 2018, will host its 33rd Annual Newport Ski and Snowboard Swap. The event is the largest on the Eastside of Lake Washington and features 10,000 new and used items of snow sports gear at amazing prices in 17,000-square-feet of space.
Downhill and Nordic skis, snowboards, bindings, boots, poles, helmets, clothes, underwear, gloves, goggles, accessories and more are available at discounted prices. The event is open to the public. Entry and parking are free. Used equipment, to be sold on consignment, is also being accepted from the public.
Event hours: Equipment drop off (for those who want to consign gear): Thursday, Nov. 8, 6-9 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 9, 12-4 p.m. To sell gear, register online at https://www.newportskiswap.com/consignment-signup Oct. 1-Nov. 9 to get pre-printed gear tags for quicker drop off.
