"It's a Life" looks at the ironic, mystifying and often times unbelievably funny events surrounding death. Tears may come, but also laughter as we celebrate life. The show will be performed on March 25 and is presented by Los Angeles-based Jewish Women's Theatre (JWT).
JWT seeks out accomplished writers, encouraging them to explore their Jewish identity and create from their hearts. By establishing a home for such material, JWT expands the view of Jewish women and furthers Jewish culture.
They are presenting three brand-new shows at the Oshman Family JCC. "Family Secrets" was first it was performed in February.
On May 20, "True Colors" will relate humorous, revealing and inspiring stories from Jews of Color exploring identity, community and being a Jew in modern times.
