Fridays and Saturdays, April 26, 27, May 3, 4, 10, 11, all at 6pm
Sip and Sing BYOB Happy Hour Voice Class is like no other voice class you've ever taken.
After a busy week, singing is not only good for your stress level but singing with friends (old and new) is a fun activity to get you excited for the weekend.
All experience and skill levels welcome.
Class includes: - a mini voice lesson with group vocal exercises to strengthen your voice, make it more flexible, give you more control and have better breath support. - learning and singing a fun and upbeat song - reviewing some music concepts in the song - and a prize drawing before we sing our group song together for one final soaring rendition.
Snacks are provided.
Absolute beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a safe, fun environment without divas or attitudes.
Non-drinkers are encouraged to attend too. The most important part of this event is that we're singing together in a fun and casual environment.
Participants are encouraged to bring: - their water bottle (no singer worth their salt goes anywhere without their water bottle) - any other beverage of choice, including beer, wine, etc. Alcohol is not required to enjoy the event. Non-drinkers are absolutely welcome. - snacks if they want something special or have dietary restrictions - their love of singing
Each participant will receive the sheet music for the night's song and a tip sheet with some reminders about music theory, vocal technique or health.
Ages 21+ welcome. Limited to just 8 singers.
