Join us for a relaxing afternoon exploring Breema, a dynamic approach to touch and movement that opens up new possibilities for relating to others and to the world around us more harmoniously and essentially.
In this workshop, we will learn and practice simple Breema treatments and self-care exercises that cut through habitual tension in body, mind, and feelings, freeing our energy for a more openhearted and balanced posture towards life. Practicing Breema offers us a tangible way to support others while supporting ourselves.
This workshop will be taught by Laura Rawson, Micki Meredith, and Cathrina Susoev, local Certified Breema Instructors from Sonoma County.
Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor. Wear loose-fitting clothing, and be fragrance-free. Beginners are welcome!
3 CE hours available. A $10 processing fee applies. The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for massage practitioners and bodyworkers by the NCBTMB (#145251-00), registered nurses by the California BRN (#03852), and LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs by the CAMFT (#128568).
