Experience Breema, the Art of Being Present, in a retreat-like setting in the Soquel Hills. Breema is about coming to a tangible and direct experience of your essential self. It's a practical, down-to-earth approach to being present that can bring more harmony, meaning, and understanding to your life.
Learning and practicing Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony, you can learn to move, think, and feel in a new yet totally natural way. Breema helps your mind to be clearer, your feelings to be calmer and more supportive, and your body to be more relaxed, flexible, and vital.
The workshop will be taught by Jon Schreiber, the Director of the Breema Center, along with senior Staff Instructor Denise Berezonsky.
Please be comfortable sitting, kneeling, and working on a comfortably padded floor. Please wear clothing you can move and stretch in, socks, and no fragrances, and arrive 10 minutes early to register.
